SAFETY DANCE (MAN WITHOUT HATS)

A ver quién se recuerda de esta canción súper pegajosa de la década de los ochentas que a mi particularmente me gustaba mucho sobre todo por su video parodia basada en la edad media. Este grupo se hacia llamar “Man Without Hats” y entró fuertemente en las carteleras internacionales con el tema “Safety Dance” que es el a continuación presentamos:

Stevie Wonder (Lo Mejor de los 80´s)

Stevie Wonder es una demostración certera de lo que la voluntad y el talento pueden hacer de una persona. Nacido prematuramente el 13 de mayo de 1950 fue mantenido en incubadora temporalmente mientras completaba el desarrollo correspondiente a un niño recién nacido, lamentablemente un tratamiento con oxigeno terminó por dejarlo completamente ciego al acelerarle una enfermedad llamada retinopatía. Creció admirando y siguiendo los pasos de su ídolo Ray Charles. Con mucha constancia y esmero empezó a ser reconocido en el ámbito musical sobre todo por sus letras con un alto contenido social y racial pero fue durante los años 80tas que su carrera se dispara y llega al tope de la popularidad. Los temas que más han sonado en nuestro país han sido "I Just Called to Say I Love You" y “Part time lover” tema que presento a continuación apelando a la memoria de muchos de ustedes que quizás fueron niños mientras sonaba esta canción en la radio.

Pd. Para los perfeccionistas (que siempre los hay), si señores falta un I en el nombre de Stevie Wonder producto de la prisa pues trabajo, estudio y tengo otras ocupaciones. Es limitado el tiempo que le dedico al blog.
